Anmol Dhingra

I moved to Australia in 2013 and completed a Master’s in Accounting and Business Finance. Starting in sales at Telstra and progressing into leadership taught me the importance of customer service and consistency.

I began mortgage broking in 2020, driven by a desire to run my own business and help people build wealth and understand their finances. Mentorship and support from experienced brokers helped me establish my own business.

I pride myself on assisting first home buyers, investors, people buying businesses and people purchasing commercial properties with the same commitment, care and attention. Whatever your next move, I take time to understand your circumstances and what matters to you.

Helping people buy their first, second or fifth home keeps me motivated. Meeting clients and hearing their stories is inspiring. Finance is about people and trust: even with technology, buying a home remains an emotional journey. My own property experience helps me relate to that journey and provide personal support.

Hitesh Pandoh (Harry)

Hitesh, also known as Harry, supports clients throughout their finance journey as Client Success Manager and Executive Assistant to Anmol Dhingra. He works alongside Anmol to coordinate documents and keep clients informed from the initial enquiry through to settlement.

His role brings together client communication and application support, helping clients understand what information is needed and where their application stands. Whether you are preparing your documents or waiting for the next update, Hitesh helps keep communication with the WIN team clear and organised.
