Hitesh brings a wealth of experience working in Customer support in Financial Services.
He gets immense satisfaction in seeing clients satisfied with service.
His role is to make sure Client feels valued and informed right from onboarding to the settlement. Beyond the settlement, Hitesh makes sure we manage the client and make sure they are happy all the way through, He manages a team of senior loan processors and makes sure our client book is touched base with every quarter & checked for any better rates that are available.
Apart from the above , Hitesh works closely with the Director to make sure appointments & applications are managed on time.
When not at work , Hitesh enjoys doing charity work on weekends , spending time with family, going on drives with friends & playing cricket.
